Lively VIP Membership

1. Membership Overview
Lively VIP Memberships are designed for families who plan to visit Lively Adventure regularly and wish to receive added benefits, savings, and priority access to events and services.

2. Membership Benefits

Unlimited general admission play during open play hours

Early access to book birthday parties, group playdates, and select events

Exclusive invitations to VIP-only events and special promotions

Discounts on boutique items, select workshops, and snacks (if applicable)

3. Membership Terms

A family membership includes both parents and children ages 6 months - 10 years old.

Under 6 months free and over 10 years old (11) free with siblings.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Members may cancel at any time with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our online cancellation form.

Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused time.

5. Attendance & Check-In

Members must check in at the front desk upon arrival.

A valid photo ID may be required to verify membership.

Lively reserves the right to deny entry if membership is not in good standing.

6. Conduct & Safety

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

All guests are expected to follow posted safety rules and guidelines.

Lively reserves the right to revoke membership privileges due to repeated violations of our conduct policies.

7. Program Changes
Lively Boutique & Adventure reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email with at least 30 days’ notice.
